deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute a research growth strategy with MDA and other Service organizations by identifying stakeholder needs and government and industry partners to leverage capabilities. - Lead critical efforts to prototype, develop, integrate, demonstrate and test advanced Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control (JTIFC) cross-Service kill chain capabilities in support of the MDA and Joint Services mission. - Develop a high-fidelity radar simulation capable of representing current Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) systems, as well as supporting future concept development. - Provide radar expertise to key JTIFC efforts, specifically related to Electronic Protection. - Develop and execute system architecture and design, systems documentation, systems requirements, and systems verification. - Mentor junior engineers in radar and model & simulation. - Coordinate efforts across the DoD services, to include multiple government and industry partners through leadership in related Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups. - Provide periodic program reviews and technica...
