WHO WE ARE: Vox Media is looking for a Manager of Podcast Partner Operations to serve as the operational backbone of our podcast advertising business. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across Vox Media's podcast portfolio, ensuring that every partner experience is seamless, organized, and delivered with excellence. You are a proactive, strategic thinker. You thrive at the intersection of people, process, and media — and you bring deep knowledge of the digital media landscape to every conversation. You'll work cross-functionally with our Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, and Show/Content teams to ensure campaigns run on time and exceed partner expectations. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Campaign Activation & Operations: - Serve as the operational lead across all post-sale podcast advertising campaign activations, owning the workflow from signed IO to final delivery. - Coordinate with internal teams including Ad Operations, Finance, and Show Editorial to ensure all campaign elements are executed accurately and on schedule. - Monitor campaign deliverables pacing, flag issues proactively, and drive resolution to ensure delivery goals are consistently met. - Ow...
