Overview ST Engineering iDirect's MCC Electronics is a contract electronics manufacturer specialising in high-complexity PCB assembly and systems integration for defence, medical, and space markets. We are a technically excellent team going through a transformation of scaling up our the commercial and operational infrastructure to match the quality of our manufacturing capability. The Project Manager - Sales is central to that transformation. You will be the operational backbone of our commercial team — the person who ensures every customer request is handled with structure, speed, and clarity. You own the flow of work from the moment a request arrives to the moment it is resolved. You help build the processes that currently don't exist, document the ones that do, and protect the team from the reactive chaos that comes with growth in a complex manufacturing environment.
