We are currently looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support related to HR processes, policies, and systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and contributing to a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via phone, chat, and ticketing systems. Provide support on HR processes, policies, tools, and services. Resolve issues using internal systems, knowledge bases, and established procedures. Ensure clear communication and high-quality service delivery across multiple countries. Guide users toward self-service solutions and first-contact resolution whenever possible. Handle challenging interactions professionally and manage concerns with empathy.
