Per Diem Registered Nurse Department: Health Center: Employment Type: Flexible: Location: Grand Rapids, MI: Reporting To: Jessica Mays: Description: Schedule : Per Diem (Flex) | Must be able to work 3 (three) days per month, with 2 (two) days being a weekend shift & 2 Holiday rotations required. Shift Premiums: Nights (11:00 pm-6:59 am)-$2.00, Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm)-$0.50 Pay Range: $38.77 - $46.06/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026) What You’ll Do: As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring overall health.
