Purpose: This role reports to the SEC Reporting AVP and works independently with peers and leaders across the organization to prepare and analyze the company’s SEC financial statements, management reports, and related financial statement disclosures to ensure their accuracy and integrity. Accountabilities: - Prepare all SEC filing requirements for 10Q and 10K financial statements with a commitment to high-quality financial reporting - Perform US GAAP financial statement preparation and complex accounting calculations - Assist in the preparation of consolidating and consolidated statement of cash flows - Assist in the consolidation analysis and the consolidation of variable interest entities - Coordinate work requirements and deadlines with internal departments and stakeholders - Research and resolve variances and inconsistencies noted in financial information...
