The Surface Access Bus & Coach Lead acts as the client sponsor and subject matter expert for the surface access bus and coach strategy, providing authoritative leadership to ensure that bus and coach networks, services and associated infrastructure are designed in line with the requirements of the expansion DCO and fit for the future of Heathrow. The role is accountable for translating DCO and Airports National Policy Statement (ANPS) requirements into clear, implementable guidance for surface access and modelling consultants, and for assuring that all bus/coach modelling and design outputs are robust, compliant, and defensible to statutory stakeholders.
