Lifeguards: Be identifiable with a lifeguard shirt, whistle, swimsuit, hip pack and rescue tube. Enforce all pool rules and proactively address members to maintain a safe environment. Must be skilled in observing large groups of swimmers and be ready at all times to prevent serious injuries. Review all emergency procedures and respond to emergency situations immediately in accordance with the emergency action plan (EAP) and provide first aid when needed.
