Overview The Section of Hematology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH is seeking an Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider to support its program in hematology and hematologic malignancies. The program serves a diverse patient population, providing a range of treatment options including stem cell transplantation, BiTE, and CAR-T therapy. This service is 24/7, and we are hiring across multiple (12hr) shifts ( daytime, nocturnist, and mixed schedule opportunities are available). Advanced practice providers work closely with physicians in a shared practice model. APPs provide care for patients throughout the course of their illness and are involved in initial treatment planning and counseling, assessments, supportive care during chemotherapy treatment, and surveillance and follow-up care after completion of treatment. In addition to working collaboratively with physicians, they play an integral role in coordinating care with other subspecialties, including radiation oncology and surgical oncology.
