This will involve: Identify new transaction opportunities for CIBC leveraging existing client relationships, including with corporates, private equity funds, family offices, insurance companies, mutual fund companies and other asset managers Manage the approval, negotiation and execution processes of SEF transaction The primary focus will including NAV financings, margin loans, and Corporate Equity Derivatives, as appropriate Manage transaction bookings, hedges and risk management for SEF products Coordinate with EQD trading on the approval, execution and risk management aspects of vol-based Corporate Equity...
