Complete competency of physical assessments on patients. Provides care independently. Provides nutrition counseling to patients and caregivers based on identified needs. Participates in medical rounds, discharge planning and patient care conferences. Completes nutrition transplant orientation and is able to provide nutrition care per CMS guidelines for patients in all 3 phases of transplant. Provides on call patient care as scheduled.
