We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements. - Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision - Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff - Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues - Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships - Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients ESSENTIAL TRAITS: - Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred - Expertise in Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers - CPA certification strongly preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel - Flexibility to travel as required - Fluency in German is required - Ability to communicate effectively across diverse communities - Experienc...
