Your role: As an R2R Business Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead large‑scale finance transformation programs across the R2R domain, acting as a senior subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor for clients. You will shape, design and deliver end‑to‑end process and technology transformations- covering operating model redesign, ERP‑enabled change, automation, benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will guide decision‑making, orchestrate project delivery, facilitate workshops, and craft compelling transformation stories that support sales cycles and new opportunities.
