We are currently seeking a Lead Technician / Trainer for our MXOne Division to support a diverse portfolio of service, training and maintenance tasks. Our ideal technician maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. They will build relationships with current customers by delivering on our promises and create new relationships with potential customers in a proactive manner, promoting all Firetrol’s services. Join our elite team of over 1200 of the best Fire Protection Professionals in the industry. Execute complex service tasks or services on a wide range of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic products. Identifies and resolves complex troubleshooting issues. Provides guidance to more junior level technicians as needed. · Perform service and repairs on a complex turbine assisted, high performance fire monitor. · Develop procedures, systems and support structures for the service, maintenance and installation of the MXOne. · Complete service acknowledgements electronically via ServiceTrade. · Installation of new, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects...
