The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate who is qualified and experienced in educational facility construction projects to serve as a Project Manager II for a large educational client within Los Angeles County with the below duties. Position Overview: The Project Manager II will oversee Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects for a major higher‑education client, managing a portfolio of renovation, modernization, and new construction projects. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring strict adherence to campus standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance. Position Description: - Manage the full project lifecycle for JOC construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout. - Oversee multiple small‑ to mid‑scale renovation and new construction jobs concurrently within an active higher‑education campus environment. - Coordinate with campus stakeholders, end users, facilities staff, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with institutional goals. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including scopes of work, cost estimates, change...
