Job DetailsJob Location: Wilke - Rolling Meadows, IL 60008Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $21.35 - $21.35 HourlyHabilitation Aide – Wilke ICF Clearbrook has three Intermediate Care Facilities (aka ICF’s), each housing multiple clients. Goals are developed for each client based on their needs. Programming is assigned, usually pertaining to areas such as self-care, along with community living & integration. Each facility has a nurse on staff at least 20 hours per week to coordinate any medical needs required by the clients.
