Open to candidates on the East Coast/Central About the Role: The Event Management group powers BigPanda's core event processing, enrichment, and correlation capabilities, handling millions of daily events across a high-throughput, cloud-native infrastructure. As an Integrations Engineer, you will be at the forefront of connecting BigPanda's platform with a variety of external systems used by our customers - including ServiceNow, Jira, webhooks, Datadog, vCenter, CloudWatch, Microsoft Teams, and PagerDuty. You'll design, build, and maintain integrations that normalize and enrich alert data, enabling smarter incident management and faster response times. This role is a perfect fit for an engineer who thrives on solving real-world interoperability challenges and making complex systems talk to each other seamlessly.
