JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN plays a key role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring efficient patient flow, and supporting both clinical and operational needs in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The primary goal of the Elk Ridge Community Health Registered Nurse is to support Elk Ridge’s Mission of providing comprehensive, quality health care that is affordable and accessible to all who may have healthcare needs, by successfully performing the primary essential functions. The following functions and responsibilities will contribute to Elk Ridge Community Health to achieve its KEY RESULTS: World Class Experience for staff and patients Healthier patients and employees: Positive Financial Result: Job Functions: Triages patients by phone or in person, assessing symptoms and following established clinical protocols. Supports patient intake and flow, including rooming, collecting vital signs, and documenting in the EMR. Administer medications and vaccines as ordered and monitor patient responses.
