Job Title Demand Planner and S&OP Lead Job Description: As Demand Planning & S&OP Lead , for our Sleep & Respiratory Care business, you will play a key role in shaping the demand planning and S&OP process across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for developing, aligning, and communicating a robust and accurate demand plan that drives supply, financial, and operational decisions. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, you will ensure one aligned view of demand and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy, process efficiency, and digital maturity of the S&OP process in the region. Your role: Building and maintaining an aligned 24-month rolling demand plan for the EMEA market organization by enriching the statistical baseline forecast with input from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders. Leading the S&OP demand cycle: preparing demand reviews, consolidating insights, facilitating discussions, and driving alignment across functions on the final forecast.
