Location : Wageningen, Netherlands Hybrid : 3-4 days per week in the office Start date : September 2026: Duration : 6 months: About the role: We are looking for a curious, passionate, and driven Packaging R&D Intern to join our Packaging team for Europe and support our work on developing and improving sustainable and functional packaging solutions. In this role, you will dive into the science behind packaging materials, structures, and interactions with food products, supporting the optimization of packaging. You will work on packaging solutions for Europe and contribute to research focused on improving the design, consumer experience, and sustainability. You will gain hands-on experience in the lab, supporting the development and testing of packaging concepts. You will conduct material evaluations, perform testing, support pilot plant and lab trials to ensure packaging performance meets the requirements.
