What you will do Johnson Controls is hiring a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to support our Centrifugal Chiller Engineering organization. In this Engineering Enablement role, you will design, deploy, and sustain data-driven and AI-enabled tools that improve engineering efficiency, quality, and decision-making. This role is focused on practical, applied solutions—transforming engineering data, standards, and workflows into robust, user-friendly tools that engineers rely on every day. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about using AI and automation to solve real-world engineering problems and streamline daily work. This position is based at our Advanced Engineering and Development Center (ADEC) in New Freedom, PA. We prefer candidates that are commuting distance to the office, or able to relocate.
