Overview Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our well-established outpatient endocrinology practice in Fresno, CA. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of four Endocrinologists and two experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a thriving and comprehensive center dedicated to providing exceptional endocrine care.
