The Executive Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing facilities and/or operational areas within the Y, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering high-impact results. This role also provides direct supervision and mentorship to their leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. The Executive leads the total operation of a YMCA branch, including membership, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development/fundraising, community relations and collaborations with community agencies. SALARY RANGE: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00/year: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Personally represents and promotes the YMCA as a transformational leader in the local community and develops positive working relationships with other organizations, businesses, and governmental entities. - Develops, maintains, and models collaborative relationships with community agencies and residents throughout the service delivery area to ensure equity and community voice in all programs. - Coordinates the development of the branch board and committees.
