Job description
The Demand Generation Manager will help drive the growth of Neuberger US Intermediary business through advanced digital strategies, data-driven insights, and innovative multi-channel campaigns. This senior leader will work with the broader marketing team to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with understanding the behaviors and preferences of Financial Advisors along with digital, analytics and technical background to best coordinate across the key marketing functions. Qualifications: - Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies. - Deliver channel/segment specific digital engagement strategy, that leverages real time analytics to optimize impact - Lead A/B testing strategies and execution to optimize engagement and conversion. - Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. - Develop detailed customer personas and help tie behaviors to recommended actions. - Report on campaign performance and ROI, making data driven decisions. - Maintain working knowledge of the company’s brand, products, and value proposition within the US Inte...
