Title: Senior Engineering Leader (Wealth), VP Summary: Senior Engineering Leader working closely with the Head of Wealth Engineering, responsible for driving the design, delivery, and evolution of Charles River’s Wealth platform capabilities. This role owns engineering outcomes for a defined domain within the Wealth platform, partnering with Product, Architecture, and Client Delivery to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The VP leads engineering teams in Poland, providing strong technical and organizational leadership across complex, mission-critical systems supporting global wealth management clients. Qualifications: This job is a hybrid role with at 3 days in the office per week, which you can perform from our office in Krakow. - Own delivery and technical direction for a significant area within the Wealth platform - Lead multiple engineering teams (~30–40 engineers) through Team Leads, ensuring execution, quality, and accountability - Drive end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle, from design through production support - Partner with Product Management to align engineering execution with business priorities - Translate business requirements into scal...
