We are looking for a Financial Controller at our Amsterdam HQ, 32-40 hours . What our Financial Controllers do: - Own the numbers that matter. Take responsibility for accurate and timely monthly and year-end close processes, including P&L and balance sheet reviews - Lead key reporting moments. Drive the preparation of annual statutory accounts and coordinate audits across the Netherlands and key European markets (Germany, Belgium, UK, Spain) - Raise the bar on financial control. Improve internal controls, push automation, and streamline processes across the organisation - Handle complexity with confidence. Work on topics like transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and purchase price allocation - Support business decisions. Contribute to business cases, review transactions, and approve payments when needed - Partner across the business.
