About the Role: As a Case Worker in the Reconnect program, you’ll work alongside young people and their families to strengthen relationships, improve wellbeing and build connections with education, community and support services. Reconnect is a free, voluntary, and confidential program to help prevent young people, aged 12 to 18 years from becoming homeless and encourage them to stay connected with family and the community. Reconnect provides an outreach service for both young people and their families. This role is offered on 1.0FTE basis, with the option of also working part time at 0.8FTE at our Midland location.
