Description About the Role: Island is scaling fast, and so is our finance function. We’re looking for a sharp, high-character FP&A Business Partner to join our Strategic Finance team at our Dallas HQ. This is a high-visibility seat partnering closely with R&D and G&A leadership, focused on building the scalable planning processes and metrics infrastructure that will carry Island through its next chapter of growth. Reporting directly to the VP, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations, you’ll be the embedded finance partner for R&D and G&A, translating spend, headcount, and investment data into the insights that drive real decisions. You’ll own planning end-to-end for your functions, build the reporting infrastructure that scales with us, and raise the bar for how finance operates across the company.
