The Child Watch Attendant / Membership Services Representative plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for Kroc Center members and families. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Welcome Desk while also providing nurturing, engaging supervision for children in our on-site Child Watch program. The ideal candidate delivers outstanding customer service, communicates clearly and confidently about programs and services, completes necessary desk transactions, and creates a safe, fun environment where children can learn and play while parents participate in Kroc activities. Flexibility is important for this role, with primary shifts scheduled Monday–Thursday from 3:00–8:00 PM, Fridays from 3:00–7:00 PM, and every other Saturday between 6am - 6pm. This position works up to 18 hours per week with a pay range of $15.96-$16.61 per hour depending on the role worked. An additional $1.00 per hour shift differential is added for all shifts worked from 4:00 PM Friday through Sunday.
