Housekeeping Supervisor ($17-19hr)

Collegiate Hotel Group® , is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join Graduate Bloomington and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair - Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department - Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE - Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents - Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning - Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift - Perform opening and closing shift duties - Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary - Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances - Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed...
