Your role – shaping and leading a new Nordic/Baltic organization As Head of Nordic & Baltics, you will lead a newly created regional cluster covering Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia. These markets currently operate in small, independent sales structures. Your mandate is to unify these teams, elevate commercial performance, and build a consistent, scalable sales model across the region.
