Approved Date: 05/27/2025: SUMMARY: Prepares St. Labre rental units for new residents and assists in maintaining rental units. Performs deep cleaning duties and minor maintenance by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
