Job description
The HRIS Analyst II will be a part of the HR systems team and will provide technical and analytical subject matter expertise. This position will serve as second tier/ escalation support for all HR system issues. He or she will focus on technical solutions to business challenges, developing and maintaining enterprise -level reporting, and conducting in-depth analyses using HR data. They will be the first point of contact for all reporting needs. They will work with the HR team ie; benefits and payroll, and other departments as a business analyst for process improvements and innovation. The HRIS Analyst II will assist with overseeing the HRIS system UKG and any HR implementation(s) and projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for system auditing for compliance and validity of information. - Establishing processes and monitoring HR systems to ensure effective integration, including managing the scheduling, balance, and execution of in-bound and out-bound integration files. - Work closely with benefits team to ensure proper system setup and auditing - Analyzes current processes, recommends, and implements new processes as appropriate to meet the needs of our organization. -...
