About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 Revenue Technical Solution Architect (Grade 12) Role Summary: The Revenue Solution Architect (RSA) serves as a technical expert within the Revenue organization, forging close partnerships with Sales, Account Management, Product, Technology and our Enterprise Data Organization. In this position, you will be responsible for translating customer objectives into well-scoped and implementable technical solution designs that align to established product capabilities and supported architectures. The role is execution-oriented; producing high quality technical discovery outputs, solution designs and technical validations that reduce delivery risk and improve deal velocity and progression. Primary Focus: Support solution-led customer conversations by shifting discussions from features to workflows/outcomes using existing technical GTM narratives and playbooks.
