Job Title Finishing Operator I Position Overview: Shaw Industries is seeking a Finishing Operator for 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). This role is responsible for adjusting line speed and temperature while monitoring various stages of the line to ensure efficient operation and high-quality output.
