A Day in the Life: You will join the Heerlen 3 Warehouse Management team as a WM Area Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse management operations with a strong focus on operator performance and execution. In close coordination with WM Admins, you will align priorities to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time. You will track the progress of assigned tasks, identify deviations, and initiate or support corrective actions where needed. Through regular Gemba walks, you will proactively identify safety, quality, and operational risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
