General Manager Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club – Horseshoe Bay, TX About the Role: Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club, part of the Rhythm Outdoors network, is a private, member-focused shooting and hospitality club located in the Texas Hill Country. We are seeking a hands-on, disciplined General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver a high-quality member experience, and uphold strong standards across service, safety, and facilities. This leadership role is highly visible and requires presence, judgment, and the ability to lead teams in a structured, high-expectation environment. Candidates with military leadership experience—particularly U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) or Ranger backgrounds at the E-7 (Sergeant First Class) level and above—are strongly encouraged to apply , as this experience translates well to the operational leadership and team management required in this role.
