Position Overview: AccuWeather is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial reporting and day-to-day accounting operations.The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and eager to learn how finance drives decision-making in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Qualifications: - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reporting, and reconciliations - Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records - Help reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts - Assist with audits and compliance documentation - Help automate and improve financial reporting processes and dashboards - Collaborate with team members on special finance projects - Perform other duties as assigned in support of accounting activities - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills...
