In this hybrid role, you will own the business development, delivery, and P&L management of the permanent recruitment line, acting as a strategic partner for local and international clients seeking middle to executive-level talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter with strong headhunting experience who wants to combine entrepreneurial mindset with operational excellence in a fast-growing, global HR-tech company.
