The opportunity Unity is the foundation for millions of creators. As Director of Product for Platforms, you will lead the team responsible for how Unity runs on mobile, console, desktop, and web. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires balancing long-term strategic bets with the rigorous technical execution needed to support a global hardware ecosystem. You will lead a team of Technical PMs while remaining a hands-on practitioner by negotiating with global hardware partners, navigating deep internal dependencies, and ensuring our engine is prepared for the next generation of hardware and AI-assisted workflows. What you'll be doing: - Drive Platform Strategy: Own the roadmap for Unity’s platform support. You will analyze market trends to identify emerging platforms and work with executive leadership to determine where Unity should invest for maximum creator impact. - Hands-on Execution: Lead by example as a "player-coach."
