Horseshoe Baltimore Casino is seeking a passionate, driven, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead and rebuild the Culinary Department. This role is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across three restaurants, a bake shop, a 24-hour employee dining room, and occasional banquet and special events. The ideal candidate is a strong culinary leader with proven operational, administrative, and organizational skills who thrives in a high-volume environment and is fully committed to developing people, rebuilding culture, and elevating product quality and consistency. Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all culinary operations across the property Rebuild, mentor, and lead a diverse culinary team with a focus on accountability, engagement, and development Ensure consistent execution of quality, presentation, and food standards across all outlets Oversee menu development, recipe standardization, and seasonal menu updates Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity while maintaining budgetary controls Maintain strong administrative oversight including food cost, inventory, purchasing, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitati...
