The Role: Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, the CHRO ANZ holds enterprise-wide accountability for building, modernising, and leading the HR function across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive a phased transformation roadmap including HRIS implementation, an expanded HRBP structure, a new ER & Compliance function, and the future addition of a Compensation & Benefits capability, while leading a current team of 9 across all major HR disciplines.
