Are you familiar with Teams Phone not only in theory, but also in practice, ensuring that complex communication landscapes really work? Then bring your expertise to us and design modern voice solutions that inspire customers. What you do with us: - You will implement Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and ensure smooth telephony for our customers. - You will develop smart voice architectures for efficient communication. - You will support migrations to Teams Phone and ensure secure, trouble-free operation. - You will integrate SIP trunks, VoIP components and existing telephone systems into Microsoft Teams, including the configuration of SBCs. - You will manage number porting, operate the solution in a stable manner and ensure quality with CQD and call analytics. - You will focus your second area of expertise specifically on projects (see below).
