What You Will Do This role reports to the Maintenance Engineering Manager within the Refining Department. It’s a hands-on, high-impact position focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting capital projects from concept through commissioning. What the Group Does: The Reliability Engineering team plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term performance and safety of plant equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager, this group partners closely with operations and maintenance to troubleshoot issues, optimize asset performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Their work directly supports plant throughput, safety, and cost efficiency—making them essential to the success of the entire facility.
