Job Summary: We’re looking for a hands-on Test & Process Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing testing and production processes for advanced technological devices in the newly established manufacturing plant. The role combines competencies in test engineering and process engineering and is key to ensuring quality and production efficiency from the concept stage through serial launch. A strong practical understanding of manual assembly processes, Lean Manufacturing principles, and the ability to build an effective and safe production environment from the ground up is essential.
