What does Nuclear Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health? Nuclear Pharmacy is responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs to medical care providers under highly regulated State and Federal guidelines may also consult with or advise physicians and nuclear medicine technologists on the safe and efficacious use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy Schedule: Part Time 8-20 hours per week. Mostly every other weekend from 3:00a to 7:00a. C andidate must be flexible to work different days, hours and schedules based on business need. Responsibilities in this role: Under immediate direction of a qualified licensed Nuclear Staff Pharmacist, the Nuclear Pharmacy Apprentice assists with basic high-tech pharmacy services by preparing, dispensing, and distributing quality radiopharmaceuticals according to the rules and regulations of the State Board of Pharmacy.
