Overview Occupational Therapist – School-Based Surprise, AZ 2026–2027 School Year Full-Time W2 $39–$44 per hour, based on experience HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based position in Surprise, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. As part of our school-based team, you will support students through evaluation, treatment planning, collaboration with educators and families, and participation in the IEP process.
