The Opportunity: Join IGN Entertainment, the leading media brand for games, movies, TV, comics, and more! We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Indie Publisher Sales Lead to drive the growth of IGN’s publisher partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Field Sales : Spend the majority of your working week "in the field" meeting with indie game publishers across major industry hubs. - Pipeline Management : Identify and prospect indie game publishers across PC, console, and mobile. - Face-to-Face Pitching : Execute in-person pitches of IGN’s advertising, content, and partnership offerings to key decision-makers. - Relationship Building : Attend industry mixers, developer communities, and publisher offices to build long-term revenue-generating partnerships. - Deal Execution : Negotiate and close complex media deals. - Travel : Attend major domestic and international gaming conventions (GDC, PAX, etc.) to conduct on-site sales activities.
