Would you like to join our Asset Management team as a Contract Officer and help us to deliver an excellent service for our residents? We are recruiting for a full-time permanent Contract Officer, based at our office in Oldham, who will be part of our Fire Compliance team within our Asset Management directorate. This is an exciting opportunity which requires a strong, proven background in managing the relationship, performance, and legal obligations of the contractors delivering our fire safety requirements. You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload to ensure we meet statutory requirements. As a Contract Officer, you will support the Contract Manager to deliver asset compliance services, providing assurance of compliance and contributing to our residents’ safety, satisfaction, and value for money. Collectively, we deliver multi-million-pound projects, so an understanding of CDM regulations, health and safety, and project management experience is advantageous.
