Regional Manager, Gas Operations - South Florida Location: Doral, Rockledge, & Port St. Lucie Florida What you'll be working on: - Responsible for the overall direction, operation and leadership of the full designated region. Provides leadership in ensuring a high level of employee morale, performance, and productivity in the Region as well as establishing the direction and guidance necessary for achieving the goals of the department, business segment, and the overall corporation. - Actively develops, participates in and sets forth operational and business plans that accomplish the goals and objectives of the business unit that are in-line with overall Company targets. This includes the development of business plans and presentations along with the ability to effectively present these plans in a manner before diverse audiences. - Senior level of oversight of pipeline operations including facilities operations and maintenance and integrity programs.
